Author! Author! distributes 5,000 flyers to northeast Ohio Alumnae, past parents, and supporters of Our Lady of the Elms. Flyers are also sent home with all students from all Our Lady of the Elms school.
Major coverage is given in Akron Beacon Journal, local papers, community calendars, and radio spots. The event guarantees book sales.
Publishers are responsible for airfare and Author! Author! covers one night hotel stay and provides airport transfers.
