Tech Support Options

Always shut down and restart before throwing your hands up in despair to a computer problem. A host of problems are solved by letting your computer reconnect to the ELMSNET  network, refresh its internal hard drive profiles and reopen your personal profile. If rebooting hasn't solved your problem, you can email Mr. McGee with a description of the problem. The better you describe your problem (what the screen says or looks like),  the better he will be able to assist you. Include the day and time of your problem since some problems are due to temporary power outages or disconnections from our local internet service provider.
