How to Apply to Middle School (Grades 7 & 8)

 

Our Lady of the Elms is the best choice for your private Catholic school education. We are excited that you have chosen to begin your future with us, and we look forward to seeing you on campus.

All applicants are required to complete our Application for Admission. Students transferring into the 8th grade are asked to submit a personal statement, a parent statement, and a teacher recommendation
in addition to their application form. The completed application should be mailed to:

In addition to your completed Placement exam, before your acceptance can be determined, we will need your academic records and standardized test scores. Please have your current school forward your records to us at:
